Kisspeptin-10
Hormonal regulator for reproductive health
Overview
Kisspeptin-10 is a truncated form of kisspeptin, the master regulator of the reproductive hormone cascade. It directly stimulates GnRH neurons, making it a key modulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis.
Mechanism of Action
Activates KISS1R (GPR54) on GnRH neurons → stimulates GnRH pulsatile release → increases LH and FSH secretion → enhances testosterone and estrogen production → potential fertility restoration.
Benefits
- HPG axis stimulation
- Natural testosterone boost
- Fertility support
- LH/FSH normalization
- Reproductive health optimization

Research Notes
Active research in IVF protocols as alternative to hCG for ovulation trigger. Studies show restoration of HPG axis in hypothalamic amenorrhea. Potential for male hypogonadism treatment.
