GHRP-2
Growth hormone releasing peptide for GH stimulation
Overview
GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2) is one of the most potent GH secretagogues. It stimulates GH release through the ghrelin receptor and has synergistic effects when combined with GHRH analogs.
Mechanism of Action
Activates ghrelin/GHS receptors → stimulates GH release from pituitary → amplifies natural GH pulses → synergizes with GHRH for maximum GH output → mild cortisol and prolactin increase.
Benefits
- Potent GH release
- Increased IGF-1
- Improved body composition
- Enhanced appetite
- Better sleep quality
Dosing Protocol

Stacking Recommendations
Storage & Reconstitution
Lyophilized: -20°C. Reconstituted: 2–8°C, use within 28 days.
Research Notes
Extensively studied GH secretagogue. Strongest GH release among GHRPs but also more side effects. Commonly used in research and clinical anti-aging settings.
