Overview

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that stimulates GH secretion. Available with or without DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), which extends its half-life significantly.

Mechanism of Action

Binds GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs → stimulates GH release in a pulsatile manner → increases IGF-1 levels → DAC version binds albumin for extended duration.
