AOD-9604
Anti-obesity fragment derived from growth hormone
Overview
AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of human growth hormone (amino acids 177-191) that retains the fat-reducing properties of HGH without its growth-promoting or diabetogenic effects. It stimulates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis.
Mechanism of Action
Mimics the lipolytic domain of HGH → stimulates beta-3 adrenergic receptors → enhances fat oxidation → inhibits lipogenesis without affecting blood glucose or IGF-1 levels.
Benefits
- Stimulates fat breakdown
- No effect on blood sugar
- No HGH side effects
- Supports cartilage repair
- Well-tolerated safety profile
Dosing Protocol
